Health: Heaves, Best Kept Outside with Lots of Fresh Air, Suffers Most in the Summer When it is Hot & Humid
Lameness: Sadly our Farrier and Massage Therapist have determined that Treasure likely has Navicular, so we have started him with proper trims to help his contracted heels, and have added a navicular relief supplement by "herbs for horses" to his daily diet. We hope to try "anti flam" as well.
Vices: None
Personality: Easy to Catch, Lead, Tie, Groom, Trim, Trailer, etc. Good with Other Horses, Ponies & Donkeys. he shares hay well but he does need his own stall/space for grain time as she doesn't share his grain well!
History/Training: Trail Horse? Hasn't been ridden in quite a few years!
Future/Suitability: Light Occasional Pleaure Riding/Trails at the Walk Only, Companion, Pet, Leadline
Additional Info: The Massage Therapist found that Treasure was stiff and sore from front to back, top to bottom, poor guy, she said it was likely due to over work, bad fitting saddle and the sore feet
