Age: Approx 3.5 y/o
Gender: Mare
Colour: Chestnut with Flaxen Mane/Tail
Health: Excellent. No Known Health Issues.
Lameness: None. No Known Soundness Issues. Great Feet.

Vices: None Known
Personality: Friendly but Needs Time to Get to Know You, Doesn't Like Sudden Moments. Easy to catch (with food), lead, groom, tie, trim, trailer, etc. Good with other horses in large field but is bossy in small field around the food. Would be best with a larger horse or an equally bossy horse (not suitable as a companion to a timid/old/weak horse/pony as she will boss them around). She gets along great with the boss mares here.
History/Training: Unknown. Has Been Passed Around A lot :(
Future/Suitability: What Ever You Would Like to Train Her to Do :) She is Ready for a Job!
Adoption Fee/Purchase Price: $226 (or $113 + Donation to HCW). We Have WELL Over That Amount into her (she has been here since Dec 2015) so please know we are not making a profit on her, and appreciate any extra donations you have to offer! Thanks! :) Knowledgeable Loving Home a Must!
The Donations can be $$, Hay, Feed, Supplements, Feed Store Gift Cards, Saddles, Tack, Riding, Apparel, Blankets (in good usable/sellable condition).We would also gratefully accept volunteer chiropractors, massage therapists, vets, dentists, farriers, etc. Please Email us if you are interested in helping out in some way! We no longer accept cheques due to all of the NSF cheques we have received in the past. We accept email money transfers or cash. We know we will never recoup what we have invested into Taffy, with her hay, feed, treats, deworming, farrier, etc, so we understand we will be taking a loss, and we are used to that, but we do need to get something for her, as we cannot help more horses, ponies and donkeys until we find good homes for the ones that are here. The adoption fees are very important in keeping HCW running. Taffy needs and deserves a good permanent loving home.
