Personality: Super Friendly. Easy to catch, lead, groom, tie, farrier, trailer, etc. Currently turned out with a group of mares (horses, ponies and donkeys).
History/Training: School Pony (For First Timers on the Leadline), Apparently Broke to Drive as Well, Companion/Pet
Future/Suitability: Great Lead Line Pony for Beginner Tots or Short Stirrup for Small Children up to 75 lbs Max. She would be good for teaching horse care. She would also make a great companion pony. If we can find a small enough rider who is experienced we will try her out at the trot, canter, jumping and trails.
PLEASE NOTE: I have attached some new pix below of Queenie with a rider BUT please know that she is too big for him. Queenie is better suited to kids 6 yrs and under, approx 75lbs max and under. She would be a great size for a little 2-4 yr old toddler for leadline! The very bottom pic is a more appropriate size rider for Queenie.

We accept email money transfers or cash. We no longer accept cheques due to all of the NSF cheques we have received in the past. We already know we will never recoup what we will put into Queenie so we understand we will be taking a loss, and we are used to that, but we do need to get something for her, as we cannot help more horses, ponies and donkeys until we find good homes for the ones that are here. The adoption fees are very important in keeping HCW running. Queenie needs and deserves a good permanent loving home. She has been patiently waiting since Sept 2011.
