Breed: Quarter Horse X
Height: 14.2hh
Age: 12 yrs old
Gender: Gelding
Colour: Bay
Health: Partial Blindness in Left Eye. Excellent Health Otherwise.
Lameness: Arthritis in Front Knees and Soft Soles.
Vices: None
Personality: Friendly. Easy to catch, lead, groom, tie, farrier, trailer, etc. Currently turned out with a group of geldings (horses, ponies and donkeys).
History/Training: Well Trained. English/Western. Hunter/Jumper. Western Pleasure and Games. Trails. Camping. Horsemanship. Neck Reins, etc.
Future/Suitability: Companion, Pet, Leadline, Light Pleasure Riding/Trails at a Walk Only. Even with the blindness in his eye he rarely spooks. Because of his arthritis in his knees he can only carry a light weight rider (max 125lbs), no jumping and he requires daily Glucosamine/MSM.

We no longer accept cheques due to all of the NSF cheques we have received in the past. We accept email money transfers or cash. We have over $1200+ invested into into Jack during his time here so we understand we will be taking a loss, and we are used to that, but we do need to get something for him, as we cannot help more horses, ponies and donkeys until we find good homes for the ones that are here.The adoption fees are very important in keeping HCW running. Jack needs and deserves a good permanent loving home. He has been patiently waiting since May 2011. Sadly during his time with us no one has yet to come out to visit/adopt him.
