Personality: Friendly. Easy to catch, lead, groom, trailer, etc. I will let you know how she is for the farrier. Currently turned out with a group of mares (horses, ponies, donkeys).
History/Training: Unknown, Purchased from an Auction. Just as we walked into the building the auctioneer said "SOLD! to Groff Lot # 100). Groff is our local meat buyer. She was so sweet and friendly we couldn't let him take her home. So we offered him more than what he paid for her, and we took her home. She is apparently broke to drive single and double, but no guarantees. We don't have any harnesses/carts to find out. We will however try her out under saddle and see if she is broke to ride or not. I will update you here.

Adoption Fee/Purchase Price: $1500 (plus HST)
We accept email money transfers or cash. We no longer accept cheques due to all of the NSF cheques we have received in the past. We have alot invested into Eclipse with her purchase price, training, trailering, hay, supplements, deworming, farrier, etc. We will never recoup what we have into Eclipse so we understand we will be taking a huge loss, and we are used to that, but we do need to get something for her, as we cannot help more horses, ponies and donkeys until we find good homes for the ones that are here.The adoption fees are very important in keeping HCW running. Eclipse needs and deserves a good permanent loving home. She has been waiting patiently since July '10.
Current Status: Available for Adoption/Sale. SEPT 29 Update: Eclipse is leaving today to start her natural horsemanship training with Lindsey Forkun in Zephyr, ON.
